The 20+ acres property of horse trader Willie Rudd welcomes visitors with a real size statute of a horse. Investigators observe approx. 25 horses gathered around a dark & filthy looking barn. Junk was scattered around the barn and no hay was visible. Some horses were thin. According to insider information, Rudd has several other rented farms in Kentucky and Ohio where he keeps horses. There was no 
activity during the time of the observation.
