After several weeks of research, AA investigators were able to locate the collecting station of the horse trader they observed buying all the cheaper horses at the local horse sales. When they arrived at the premises, the pick up truck with the large stock trailer was backed up to a barn. The barn was in poor condition with large holes in the roof & sides. A metal loading ramp was visible next to the barn. There were some horses visible in the surrounding fields, all of them seemed to be in fair to good condition. Numerous gate panels and portable pens were stacked around the barn. There was no activity during the time of our observation.
